• The welcome bonus is for new members only and applies once on the first deposit

Where the cash-out feature is available, the value at the time of cash-out is final. nbajee1 is not liable for failed cash-outs due to system errors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nbajee1 and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Opening or operating an account under someone else's identity
• Abusing bonuses or engaging in bonus arbitrage
• Participating in match fixing or score manipulation
• Placing bets using software or bots
• Attempting to hack an account or breach platform security
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Harassing or threatening nbajee1 staff

Nbajee1 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
• If identity verification has not been completed
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request
• By order of a court or regulatory authority

Users may request to close their account at any time. If a balance remains, the account will be closed after withdrawal is processed. Any active bets will be settled before the account is closed.
